The Problem

Storage King approached us with an urgent need to promote their vehicle storage service and location – Chatswood. The campaign was due to begin within a week and run for two months promoting the service in Chatswood and its surrounding area while targeting a good strong audience. Storage King’s marketing strategy required the use of a number of our services ranging from Facebook Ads to animations and creatives.

Storage King was well aware of our experience and expertise in the social media marketing, animation and design space, and they raised the bar in terms of what was required from our team of marketers, animators and designers. While the budget and timelines were tight, and the effort required large, our team took the challenge on in stride.

The Process

Our work began by researching and analysing demographic segments in and around the Chatsworth area that we would target to attract the strongest audience and drive the highest number of conversions. Once strategized, we created three ad sets with automated rules that reduce our cost per conversion. With carefully executed targeted keyword and retargeting campaigns, we were able to achieve our lowest cost conversions to date.

 

For our creatives, we selected options that held the most appeal in terms of vehicle self-storage, i.e., careful delivery and organized storage of vehicles in storage facilities. For our animations, we chose shorter durations that were optimized to deliver the highest number of conversions. Our design team then took over, bringing the designs to life while ensuring 4K quality was maintained. Our collaborative development methodology, where each milestone is reviewed and signed off by the client, is used in all our work enabling us to capture any feedback early on and ensure that the end product aligns with the client’s requirements.

For Facebook advertising, we chose to utilize Facebook/Meta Pixel, a must-use tool for online advertising that enables tracking conversions, optimizing ads, the building of target audiences for future ads, and remarketing to those who’ve already taken an action. Further, we utilized the tunnel strategy approach for optimal cost per result where bid limits help generate the most results at lower cost. Utilizing cutting-edge advertising tools enabled us to increase reach and leads generated for Storage King, while reducing the cost per impression and cost per engagement.

The Success
