“The website redesign and Storeman integration changed everything. Then the Ads and SEO results came in — 10× conversions, 84% drop in cost per lead. That combination of web and marketing knowledge in the same team is genuinely rare.”
84% lower cost per lead. Full rebuild.
Ingleburn Self Storage needed everything rebuilt — website, campaigns and SEO.
Your website isn’t integrated with your management system, your campaigns are generating expensive enquiries, and your SEO isn’t capturing the suburbs you actually serve.
The situation
Ingleburn Self Storage had a website that wasn’t integrated with their management system, campaigns generating expensive enquiries of questionable quality, and an SEO presence that wasn’t capturing the Macarthur growth corridor they were positioned to serve. The three problems were connected: a bad website meant bad conversion rates, bad conversion rates meant expensive paid campaigns had to work harder to justify their cost, and the SEO gap meant competitors were capturing organic traffic that should have been theirs. We were brought in to rebuild all three simultaneously.
What we did
We started with the website because it was the foundation everything else depended on. A new custom site with Storeman integration built from design to launch — real-time unit availability, online booking directly connected to their management system, and a unit size guide that answered the questions storage customers actually ask before making a decision. Mobile-first, Core Web Vitals optimised and conversion-focused from every landing page. Campaigns were rebuilt in parallel with the website build so both launched together. Unit-type campaign architecture, suburb-level targeting across the Macarthur corridor, move-in offer testing and a negative keyword list built from actual search query analysis for the region. The new landing pages gave the campaigns somewhere worth sending traffic — a common problem when campaigns run ahead of a good website. SEO targeted the Macarthur growth corridor specifically — suburb landing pages for Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Minto, Leumeah and surrounding suburbs, Google Business Profile fully rebuilt and optimised, and a review generation system that built review volume consistently through the engagement. Launching the website and campaigns simultaneously meant we could see immediately how the integrated system performed, rather than inheriting the bad conversion data from the old site.
What happened
10× conversion volume from the baseline in eight months. The combination of a website that actually converted and campaigns sending relevant traffic to matched landing pages produced results that neither element would have achieved alone. The Storeman integration removed booking friction that was causing significant drop-off on the old site. 84% CPL reduction — some from better campaign structure, most from the conversion rate improvement. When more of the people arriving on the site convert into enquiries, the cost of each enquiry falls even if traffic cost stays the same. The 24% peak conversion rate reflects weeks when campaign targeting, landing page match and offer were all aligned. The SEO results compounded throughout the engagement — the facility now ranks in the top 3 map pack positions for its core suburb and several surrounding suburbs. The site now earns its keep through organic traffic many times over. The paid campaigns are layered on top of a strong organic base rather than carrying the whole load.
